Who we are
Barbanson Data Solutions is an independent software studio near Amsterdam, the Netherlands, run by Stéphane de Barbanson. This policy covers this website (studiobarbanson.com) and the apps the studio publishes.
This website
No cookies, no advertising, no cross-site tracking, and no fingerprinting. We measure visits with cookie-free, aggregate analytics that cannot identify you. We do not collect personal data through this site. If you email or message us, we use your contact details only to reply.
Our apps
Our apps are built privacy-first: no account is required and your data stays on your device unless an app explicitly says otherwise in its own store listing. We do not sell data, we do not run third-party ad trackers, and we only see what app stores report in aggregate (downloads and sales).
Social platforms
The studio publishes its own videos to platforms such as YouTube and TikTok. Integrations with those platforms act only on the studio’s own accounts, to upload and manage our own content. They never access, collect or process data about other users.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can ask what data we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete it. Since we collect almost nothing, the honest answer will usually be that there is nothing to show. Contact us at stephane@studiobarbanson.com.
