Privacy Policy

SeconDock collects nothing about you. It runs entirely on your Mac, with no account, no analytics and no network connection. It reads your Dock's app list only to mirror it and nothing else leaves your device.

Your purchase is processed by Stripe. We receive only the email address needed to send your licence key.

Under the GDPR you may request access to or deletion of that email at any time. SeconDock is not directed at children. Questions: stephane@studiobarbanson.com.

Terms of Use

SeconDock is provided by Studio Barbanson, the trade name of De Barbanson Data Consultancy (KvK 78453208).

SeconDock is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. You are responsible for your use of the app and for keeping your own backups. To the maximum extent permitted by law, SeconDock and Studio Barbanson are not liable for any loss of or damage to data, nor for indirect or incidental damages. Your purchase is a one-time payment processed by Stripe and includes twelve months of updates; the app keeps working after that. These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. If any provision is unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.

Refunds

If SeconDock is not right for you, email stephane@studiobarbanson.com within 14 days of your purchase and you get a full refund. No questions asked. The refund goes back to your original payment method through Stripe, usually within 5 to 10 working days. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
