Privacy Policy

SeconDock collects nothing about you. It runs entirely on your Mac, with no account, no analytics, and no network connection. It reads your Dock's app list only to mirror it, and nothing else leaves your device.

Your purchase is handled by our payment provider, Paddle. We receive only the email address needed to send your license key.

Under the GDPR you may request access to or deletion of that email at any time. SeconDock is not directed at children. Questions: stephane@studiobarbanson.com.

Refunds

Your purchase is processed by Paddle, our merchant of record. SeconDock is free to try for 3 days before buying, so you can make sure it fits your setup first. If it is still not working out, email stephane@studiobarbanson.com within 14 days of purchase and we will refund you in full, no questions asked. You can also request a refund through the receipt email Paddle sends you. Refunds go back to your original payment method, usually within 3 to 5 business days.

Terms of Use

SeconDock is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. You are responsible for your use of the app and for keeping your own backups. To the maximum extent permitted by law, SeconDock and Studio Barbanson are not liable for any loss of or damage to data, nor for indirect or incidental damages. Your purchase is a one-time payment processed by Paddle and includes twelve months of updates; the app keeps working after that. These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. If any provision is unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
