Privacy Policy
Code Nostra · Studio Barbanson
Last updated: 2 October 2026
Code Nostra collects nothing about you. There are no accounts, no analytics, no advertising and no trackers of any kind. The game makes no network calls of its own: it plays fully offline, and only the App Store or Google Play is contacted when you buy or restore the city unlock.
What stays on your device
Your saved run, the endings and cards you have collected, and your settings (sound, effects, tips seen) are stored only on your device. We never receive them. Delete all progress in Settings removes your run and your collection; removing the app removes everything.
Your phone's own backup (iCloud or your computer on iPhone, Android's automatic backup to your Google account) may include this game data, as it does for other apps, under your backup settings and the terms of Apple or Google. We have no access to those backups.
Purchases
Bakery Row is free. The optional purchase that unlocks the rest of the city is handled by the App Store or Google Play under their own terms and privacy policies. The game only learns whether the unlock is owned and remembers that on your device. We never see your name, payment details or account.
Sharing an ending
When you tap Share on an ending, the game makes a picture of your ending poster and opens your phone's share menu. It goes only where you send it: nothing leaves your phone unless you pick an app to share with, and what happens next is up to you and that app. We do not see it.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to access, correct and erase your personal data, to restrict or object to its processing, and to data portability. We hold none of your data, so these rights are satisfied by design. You can also complain to your data protection authority; in the Netherlands that is the Dutch Data Protection Authority.
Age
Code Nostra is meant for players aged 16 and older. It is not directed at children, and we knowingly collect data from no one of any age.
Changes
If this policy changes, we update this page. If the game ever needs to collect something new, it will ask you first.

Terms of Use
Code Nostra is provided by Studio Barbanson, the trade name of De Barbanson Data Consultancy (KvK 78453208).
Code Nostra is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. You are responsible for your use of the app and for your own device. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Code Nostra and Studio Barbanson are not liable for any loss of or damage to data, nor for indirect or incidental damages.
The optional purchase is made through the App Store or Google Play under that store's terms. These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. If any provision is unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
