Calmly Student is an all-in-one student planner app for iOS, Android and the web. It combines a calendar, habit tracker, study planner with flashcards, brain training games, focus timer, meal planner, budget tracker, wellbeing tools and a shared home space - eleven tools in one calm, distraction-free place.

How much does Calmly Student cost?

Calmly Student costs 2.99 euro per month after a 7-day free trial. The trial includes every feature - there is no feature gating and no ads. You can cancel anytime from the App Store, Google Play or your account settings.

Which platforms does Calmly Student work on?

Calmly Student runs natively on iPhone and Android and fully in the browser at calmlystudent.com. One account syncs everything instantly across all your devices - plan on your laptop, check off habits on your phone, with home screen widgets on iOS.

What makes Calmly Student different from other student planners?

What is Aesthetic Mode?

Aesthetic Mode turns your planner into a visual diary: add cover photos to your day, months and profile, place stickers, apply filters and pick from ten visual packs. It is off by default, entirely optional and your photos stay private - stored in private storage only you can access.

Can I use Calmly Student with roommates?

Yes. The shared home space gives your household a common calendar, grocery list and chore board with fair weekly rotation - chores pass to the next housemate once a week, so nobody can shuffle their turn away. Invite housemates with a simple code or QR.

Which languages does Calmly Student support?

Calmly Student is fully translated into seven languages: English, Dutch, Spanish, French, German, Portuguese and Italian - the whole app, including all eighteen brain training games, not just the menus.

Is my data private?

Yes. Your planner data belongs to you, photos you add in Aesthetic Mode live in private storage that only your account can reach and nothing you write is shared unless you explicitly invite someone. You can delete your account and all data from settings at any time.
