Privacy Policy

BI Data Hero collects nothing about you. There is no account, no login and no server: your hero name, progress and settings live only on your device.

The app makes no attempt to identify or track you. There are no analytics tools, no advertising and no third-party trackers, and it sets no cookies.

Purchases

Payments are handled by the App Store or Google Play. They process the transaction, and we never receive your card details or your identity. Leaderboards and achievements, if you choose to use them, are handled by Apple Game Center or Google Play Games under their own terms.

Legal basis and your rights

Because we process no personal data on our side, there is nothing for us to store, share or sell. Under the GDPR you keep the right to access, correct or erase your data. It lives on your device, so you are always in control: reset it in the app or uninstall to remove it.

Children

BI Data Hero is not directed at children under 13 and collects no data from anyone.

BI Data Hero is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. You are responsible for how you use the app and for keeping your own backups of anything you value.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BI Data Hero and Barbanson Data Solutions are not liable for any loss of or damage to data, nor for any indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the app.

Purchases are made through the App Store or Google Play and are subject to their terms. The app is a one-time purchase, not a subscription.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. If any provision is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in effect.
